Anatomy is tough, we know this, so to save you trawling through text books we have created an online experience to help make learning equine anatomy easier. Our 3D interactive revision module covers both muscles and bones. Learn It.
Learn the Name, Origin, Insertion and function of each muscle. Broken down into sections of the horse, with 95 individual muscles to study. There's also a section covering the entire equine skeleton so you can focus on bone names, joints, cranial bones and even basic bone characteristics such as a "Condyle".
Visualise It.
With a 3d view of each individual muscle from a number of different aspects, far easier than a flat side view in a text book, see it from the side, back and above to really understand where each muscle is and how it looks. We've also added a handy "translation" of clinical anatomical directional terms to help you get to grips with which way is up!

Hear It.
Do you find some muscles tricky to pronounce?
We have popped a little voice over on each muscle so you know how to say it out loud. It helps a lot with the more complicated ones .... Brachiocephalicus for example!
Consolidate It.
With a section for both superficial and deep muscles, we have created 5 different 3d aspects to view. Helping you to see how each labelled muscle interacts with its neighbour, much easier to separate your semitendinosus from your semimembranosus for example!
Test It.
Each section of muscles has a quiz at the end to test your knowledge, If you have an exam coming up, then this is perfect revision practice.
